Total QSR celebrates International Women's Day

Today is International Women's Day!

This month our Commercial Director Sarah Herridge will feature in the Cotswold Life Magazine, Women's Day feature. It will hit the shelves on the 24th March and we are very proud of her.

Sarah has been around the family business since she was about 8 years old but officially started in 2013 where she fast got to grips with the industry and has played a vital part of growing the business over the years.

Here is a sneak peek of what Sarah has to say in her interview .

What's special about your business?

Total QSR constantly strive to evaluate performance, enabling us to maintain and grow professional relationships with our valued customers. Carrying a tailored stock to ensure an impressive first-time-fix, whilst implementing innovations to offer the very best of service resulting in our ethos of keeping you open for business.

What’s your best piece of business advice?

Change is not something to be afraid of! Research what you are intending to implement. Try it out, Monitor and analyse how the change has impacted and don’t be worried to admit if it doesn’t work out and then try something else. Consistent analysis and reflection of performance is paramount.

If you could go back and tell your 13 year old self something, what would it be?

’d tell myself while the notion of being able to control outcomes is a pleasant one its not always possible or realistic. Things happen for a reason and the only thing you can do is prepare well in the first instance and if the outcome changes do not panic.
