Glenn Hatch promoted to Service Manager

We are pleased to introduce Glenn Hatch as our first field based Service Manager, this is an exciting new role at Total QSR that Glenn and ourselves are thrilled to develop and hone. Glenn, previously a Head Catering Engineer has a wealth of experience within the industry and with most of that spent at Total QSR he is uniquely qualified for the role. He understands both the customers’ needs and pressures faced by our engineers and how to best manage these.
