About the Role
This is a full-time remote role as an Operations Assistant at HK Engineering Ltd. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for daily operations tasks, including inventory and supply chain management, data analysis, managing customer calls and support tickets, scheduling and maintaining service appointments, and supporting the operations team with various tasks as needed.
25 Days holiday plus bank holidays
Operations and Operations Management skills
Analytical skills with experience analysing data and generating reports
Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
Customer service skills and experience with managing customer calls and support tickets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with supply chain management or inventory management is preferred
Experience with commercial catering equipment and services is a plus
